Why we exist

Walk into most small businesses and you'll find the same picture: inventory in a spreadsheet nobody fully trusts, orders buried in chat threads, and a cash position that lives only in the owner's head. It works — until it doesn't. Decisions get made late, stock runs out, invoices slip, and opportunities quietly disappear.

Enterprise software was supposed to solve this, but it was built for large companies with consultants and long rollouts. It's too heavy, too expensive, and too slow for a business with five to a hundred people. So most owners never adopt it, and stay stuck with the spreadsheets.

We built MudirOS to close that gap: the power of a proper business system, in something an owner can set up in an afternoon and actually enjoy using.

What we're building

MudirOS is the AI Business Manager for SMEs. It connects sales, inventory, cashflow, customers, and reporting into one place — and adds an AI manager that watches everything around the clock, flags what needs attention, and prepares the next step before you ask. Not a chatbot waiting for questions. A manager that comes to you.

Where we're headed
